About the role
Join Aurjay Enterprises and help us reach new clients through engaging social media content and effective sales follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create and publish content across our social media channels while maintaining a consistent brand presence
- Coordinate visuals, captions and campaign schedules for our different services
- Respond to enquiries, understand potential client requirements and arrange appropriate follow-up
- Explain our services clearly and keep accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Monitor campaign engagement and lead results, and recommend practical ways to improve performance
- Work closely with the team to ensure our marketing reflects the services and experience we provide
What you bring
- Experience creating business-focused content and managing social media channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to customers
- Confidence in generating leads, following up with prospects and building client relationships
- Practical knowledge of content planning, basic design tools and social media performance reporting
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
